First Impressions are Everything

Piano Lessons for Pre-K in Long Beach and Lakewood area

It’s no secret that first impressions are everything. It is especially important to make learning fun, accessible, and engaging in the early childhood years. In my piano lessons geared for little kids, your child’s introduction to music will be a positive experience that they will remember long into adulthood.

You may be surprised to know that many of my current piano students learned how to read music before they learned how to read words! Even though I am an advanced pianist, I absolutely LOVE teaching piano lessons to little kids that are pre-school and kindergarten age.

Every step of the way during their piano lessons, I tap into your child’s imagination and change my teaching techniques to fit their individual needs. In addition to working at the piano, we do a lot of “off-bench” activities such as playing music games, singing, dancing, and even sometimes coloring with crayons!

There’s also something truly magical about watching these young minds take the stage for the first time! I encourage all students to participate in recitals – even the littles.
